Penalties for Violations of the Code of Ethics

Employees who violate the code of ethics may be subject to penalties including warnings in accordance with applicable rules.
In particular, a zero-tolerance policy applies to acceptance of improper payments, embezzlement, breach of trust, and sexual harassment.
